The SAM II Financial system is a statewide integrated financial system. In addition to the base financial system which features expenditure processing, cash management and disbursements and budget control functionality, SAM II Financial includes the following subsystems:

  • Cost Allocation
  • Extended Purchasing
  • Federal Aid (grants) Management
  • Fixed Assets Management
  • Inventory Control
  • Job Cost Accounting
  • Project Billing

The State of Missouri has also integrated a full-service budget preparation application and a web enabled vender self-service application with the SAM II Financial system.

The SAM II Financial Data Warehouse provides users with easy access to financial data for analysis and report generation.
